A small first step
You don't have to figure it all out before we talk

Book a free introductory session to share what brings you here, ask questions, and see whether counselling feels right for you.

  1. Come as you are

You don’t need a diagnosis, a clear goal, or the perfect words. “I’m not sure where to begin” is enough.
  2. A conversation to get started

This is a brief introduction, rather than a full therapy session. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and the support that may suit you.

A few things you may wondering
Starting couples therapy can bring up questions for both of you. Here are answers to some of the things couples often wonder about before getting started.
Is the introductory session really free?

Yes. There’s no charge for the introductory conversation and no obligation to book further sessions. If you choose to continue, we’ll discuss fees before you book.

What if I don’t know what to say?

That’s completely okay. You can start with what prompted you to reach out, or simply say you’re unsure. We’ll help the conversation along.

Is this a full counselling session?

The free introduction is a chance to meet, ask questions and explore whether our support suits you. Ongoing counselling takes place in separately booked sessions.

Can I enquire on behalf of my partner or family member?

Yes, you can ask about our services. Anyone attending counselling should choose to participate themselves. For couples, we can discuss how to arrange a first conversation together.

How is my information handled?

We’ll explain confidentiality, its limits and how session information is handled before counselling begins. Please avoid including personal or clinical details in the booking form.
